FINS Poke Fusion, known for being among the first to offer fully customizable poke bowls and fresh fish tacos, will bring the highest quality fish and finest ingredients to Fullerton on Monday, August 22nd at 11 a.m. (513 N Harbor Blvd, across from the Fox Fullerton Theatre).
This location, the second in Orange County for the fast-casual seafood restaurant, will not only allow guests to build their own meals under the watchful eye of FINS’ Poke Ninjas, but also be the first poke establishment to offer a drive-through option.
“The single most important component of our poke bowls is the fish, and we are looking forward to showing Fullerton why we have gained a reputation and following for serving some of the best fish offered in a fast-casual environment,” commented Managing Partner Moby Duncan.
“We pride ourselves on using the best ingredients and focus our efforts on delivering a quality product – our customer loyalty is proof that we’re doing just that.”
FINS makes all of its ingredients in house – from its sauces, to freshly made taco shells, tostada bowls and chips.
But Fins also stands on the forefront of innovation, from introducing the Poke Taco, Poke Tostada, Poke Kit, and the Poke Sampler.
FINS Poke Fusion utilizes a build-as-you-go format that allows the guest to be involved in the poke creating process.
Guests can opt for their choice of poke bowl, wrap, taco, or tostada bowl.
Bowls come in three size options with choice of fresh fish selections, including Salmon, Tuna, Spicy Tuna, Albacore, Shrimp, and Octopus.
From there, the guest can choose from three house-made poke sauces, a rice or salad base, and more than a dozen fresh ingredients.
“Our concept is centered around delivering an unbelievable delicious dish, quickly and with consistency,” added Duncan, who was responsible for the rebirth of FINS’ first location in Mission Viejo nearly a year ago.
“We are confident that North Orange County diners will appreciate the quality as much as their South County counterparts do!”
FINS Poke Fusion has locations in Mission Viejo (28251 Marguerite Pkwy, Suite A) and in Fullerton (513 North Harbor Blvd).
Both locations will be open daily for lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
