“Nutty Pumpkin” Latte

Combine:
·      1 ounce Nocello Italian Walnut Liqueur
·      2 ounces of our signature spiced pumkin puree’
·      1 ounce hot espresso
·      3 ounces of steamed whole milk
Top with:
·      Whipped cream
·      Powdered cocoa

In an 8 ounce coffee mug, add the Nocello, pumpkin puree’ and espresso. Steam up the 3 ounces of whole milk and add to mug. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a shake of powdered cocoa. Enjoy!

Combine:
·      1.5 oz Skyy Citrus Vodka
·      1.5 oz Pomegranate Puree
·      Splash of sprite

Shake well. Serve up in martini glass.  Garnish with lemon twist & pomegranate seeds (optional)

·      1 shot Jameson Irish Whiskey
·      1 shot Butterscotch schnapps
Top with:
·      1 tbsp. fresh whipped cream
·      1 dash white chocolate shavings
·      1 dash toffee bits

And garnish with a rolled cookie wafer

Spiked Apple Cider

Combine:
·      8 cups apple cider (our favorite for home use is from Trader Joes)
·      2 oranges (slice in half and poke with cloves)
·      2 lemons (slice in half and poke with cloves)
·      12 cloves
·      3 cinnamon sticks

In a large pot, combine the ingredients and bring to a boil over high heat and then reduce to a simmer. Remove from heat and stir in DARK RUM – Kraken is our favorite (optional).

Serve right away or let cool and store in the refrigerator for up to a week

·      1 1/2 oz. Hangar One Spicy Pear Vodka (A California organic Pear infused vodka)
·      2 squeezes of fresh lime juice
