Cozy Up at Pelican Hill this Winter

This winter, guests from near and far are invited to experience a variety of new seasonal offerings at The Resort at Pelican Hill®, including Fireside Etiquette Chats, hands-on Culinary Academy classes for Valentine’s Day and featured menus to celebrate the 2014 Winter Olympics. From seasonal epicurean experiences and live entertainment to sports viewing and social etiquette programs, Pelican Hill offers something for everyone this winter at Newport Beach’s only Five-Star resort.

“Growing up in France’s Loire Valley, winter meant cozy days inside preparing big family meals with my mother, and each year, those memories inspire me to create culinary experiences that warm our guests from the inside out,” said Pelican Hill Executive Chef Jean-Pierre Dubray. “Our newest seasonal epicurean experiences will bring friends, family and loved ones together in settings both intimate and casual, and guests will delight in the return of annual dining experiences like the Black Truffle Treasure Menu at Andrea and Dinner of the Senses for Valentine’s Day.”
